The Butterfly Foundation would also like to thank Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation. We would not have been able to perform our 230 operations without the help of the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation. MTF provided bone for nearly all of our operations.

The Butterfly Foundation would not have got off the ground without the support of Spinal Associates, Inc. and Mr. Sid Silverman. Spinal Associates was one of our first and largest contributors of spinal implants and continues to provide implants and guidance to this day.

CURE International and The CURE Hospital of Dominican Republic and The Cure Hospital in Blantyre, Malawi, Africa. The Butterfly Foundation could not have succeeded in the Dominican Republic and Malawi without the generous contributions from CURE’s hospitals. In the Dominican Republic Cure’s super-human administrator Ruth E. Taveras-Brito provided everything we ask for. The Butterfly Foundation doctors have operated twice at CURE’s hospital in the Dominican Republic and treated over 20 Dominican Republic children. We have also operated three times in Malawi and operated on 22 children.

Group Metro (Metro Country Club, Metro Yachts, Metro Tours) and its CEO Dr. Luis Jose Asilias who provided hotel accommodations and rental cars for many of our Dominican Republic trips.

Jet Blue generously provided all of the transportation for the July 2004 trip to the Dominican Republic.
